Please inspect your order prior to loading at our depot or on delivery. Any defects or issues must be reported to us immediately. Any reports of damage once the goods have left our premises or delivery is complete will not be addressed.
We run all panel and goods specifically to order. This means that we are generally unable to accept exchanges and refunds.
Our warranty is dependent on the following: colour of panel, location of panel and conditions that the panel with have to face.
This warranty requires that appropriate maintenance is carried out to protect the panels entirely from debris penetration, scratches, holes, and/or moisture and rust.
